Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) is confidential and can help when you need advice, don’t know where to turn to, or have concerns about your healthcare, which includes any NHS Service;

As a patient, relative or carer sometimes you may need to turn to someone for on-the-spot help, advice and support. This is where the Patient Advice and Liaison Service comes in.
The local PALS team is based at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn and includes two PALS Officers plus a Travel Officer and PALS information desk which is situated at the main entrance reception. If you have any concerns, comments, suggestions or thanks please contact PALS on any of the ways listed below:

Initially please visit the PALS information desk at the main entrance reception, where someone will contact a PALS Officer to see you.
